This year we are excited to announce two major technology additions to our practice.
Online scheduling. Our patients want and need flexibility to schedule appointments any time of the day or night with the convenience of a phone or computer. We will launch online scheduling on April 1st.
Musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasound. As an active community, a large number of injuries can be diagnosed quickly and efficiently with diagnostic ultrasound. We are currently evaluating ultrasound software, training, and implementation and plan to bring this additional service to Wash Park Chiro by summer.
Fee Change
We are writing to let you know about an upcoming change to our fee schedule.
A fundamental element of our practice is that our skilled practitioners are able to continue to provide the highest quality of care while offering a variety of evolving treatment options for our patients. Each year the cost of operating a small business increases, which leaves us to determine how best to meet the challenge. Rising costs affect all healthcare providers, not just WPC. But, because we have always worked hard to keep these costs under control, we have held our fee increases on average below others in the field. The last fee change was implemented back in 2018. This year we must adjust our pricing structure to reflect rising costs.
Details
Chiropractic Rates. The fee for chiropractic treatment will increase by $10. This rate will include manipulation, Graston treatment, tape applications, ice, and use of the Spinalator.
The Time-of-Service rate for a chiropractic treatment will increase to $75
We continue our commitment to offer a discount for students, educators, military, and first responders: $65
Our pediatric rate (under age 12): $55
We continue our commitment to offer financial need-based discounts on an individual basis
Specialized Treatments. Because not all patients utilize Decompression, Laser and Rehab Programs, there is a separate fee and dedicated appointment time for these specialized treatments.
Spinal Decompression Therapy $60
Rehab Appointment $75
Laser Appointment $30-$75 depending on time necessary
NormaTec 20 minutes session: $10
Massage Rates. Massage rates are increasing $10 for a 60 minute massage (and protracted for shorter or longer sessions). A 60 minute massage is $95. Our NEW massage package of 6 is $510 and will save you $60! We are offering this package after high demand to save money on massage while rewarding our patients for maintaining consistent schedules.
Packages. All treatments (chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, nutrition, spinal decompression & laser) are available in multi-visit money-saving packages. WPC encourages you to purchase a multi visit package to get the best value and maintain consistency in your routine treatments. Packages do not expire and are non-refundable.
Chiropractic 6-visit package: $375
Massage 6-visit packages: 60 minutes ($510), 90 minutes ($810)
Acupuncture 6 visit package: $550
Spinal Decompression Packages: 5 Visits ($300), 10 Visits ($500)
Laser Packages: 6 for $400
NormaTec Monthly unlimited: $50

Family Discounts. Our practice sees a large number of families - please ask about a discount for multiple children same day appointments.
Insurance. We will continue to bill your insurance as an out-of-network provider. To be compliant with insurance billing, we must collect deductibles and coinsurance at each visit. Please feel free to discuss your insurance benefits and payments with us. We encourage and accept health savings accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA) for payment.
