Insole FAQs:

Do you carry insoles for children?
Yes we do! Insoles are designed to enhance performance through improved support and alignment which makes ALINE perfect for your all of your child's activities. ALINE is the only insole that gives children active alignment. Please call our front desk staff to see what children's sizes are currently available.
Will wearing an insole make my feet weak?
No! Both ALINE and Mojo Feet allow for movement within your feet. In addition, we will prescribe feet strengthening exercises to make sure that doesn’t happen. Also, it is an easy transition from ALINE or Mojo Feet and bare feet! Our insoles will not require to be in them 24/7. We encourage as much barefoot time as possible. Some patients will choose to only wear our insoles in athletic shoes, work shoes, ski or snowboard boots or golf shoes.
Will I have to wear insoles forever?
Maybe! But that isn’t a bad thing. Especially if we are supporting your feet, legs, back and body with flexible and comfortable insoles.

How long to insoles last?
Anywhere form 1-2 years. But we can guarantee this, they will make most of your shoes last longer!
What types of symptoms do insoles help with?
Any type of foot pain, arch pain, heel pain and low back pain. Ask our docs if they are the right solution for you.
