Neuromuscular therapy and Neuromuscular Rehabilitation techniques

Tyler uses Neuromuscular techniques to help heal chronic and acute muscular pain. It’s a great way to treat ailments such as: rotator cuff injuries, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, and shin splints. Neuromuscular Rehabilitation is a similar concept of treatment with added stretches (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, or PNF) and strengthening (Progressive Resistance Exercises, or PRE). This is great for ailments such as: TMJ, Whiplash, and Scoliosis.
Reflexology

Tyler uses foot Reflexology as a method to check-in with your body as well as heal it. Reflexology uses points on the feet that correlate with regions and organs of the body.  By using acupressure and stimulating the nerves on these areas of the foot, Reflexology can be very relaxing and therapeutic as well.

Education

Tyler attended Colorado State University and studied in health and exercise sciences with concentrations in sports medicine and health promotion. Afterwards, he attended Healing Arts Institute and found his passion, becoming a body worker.
