Self Care Workshops

Join us at one of our athlete focused workshops to learn a variety of DIY skills to maintain your body in between visits to the chiropractor, acupuncturist or massage therapist. Our classes are 60 minutes in length and jam packed with information that you can start using immediately. You do not have to be a patient at Wash Park Chiropractic, nor do you have to be a member at a participating gym location. We typically have classes monthly at our partner gyms around Wash Park.

Mobility and Taping Workshop -
Our most popular workshop, we introduces athletes to the most efficient and effective ways to use foam rollers, balls and sticks & how to apply RockTape to yourself or a partner for maximum therapeutic effect. The goal of these sessions is to give athletes the tools to maintain their fitness without injury. We demonstrate upper and lower body self-myofascial release techniques including foam rolling, bars, balls, and bands to enhance mobility. They also cover self-taping techniques to support joints while training. After taking this free class, you will be able to maximize athletic performance and support/rehab joints while training
