Our address is 421 E Alameda Ave, Denver, CO 80209. We are on the north side of Alameda between Logan and Pennsylvania Streets. Click here for a map.

Parking
There is a small parking lot behind our building. Patients may also park in the alley behind Dream Dinners. There is also plenty of street parking on Pennsylvania and Logan streets. Make sure to watch for street sweeping days.
